The Tyco Electronics / AMP CFP Compliant Ethernet Connectors & Components meet the requirements of the CFP MSA specification. The CFP compliant connector is an ultra-high speed pluggable I/O interface supporting 40 Gb/s and 100 Gb/s ethernet applications. The 148 position plug connector straddle mounts to the Optical Transceiver module PCB and the receptacle connector is SMT processed to the host board for conventional processing. The Tyco Electronics / AMP CFP Compliant Ethernet Connectors & Components are designed to support belly-to-belly port positioning for high density and provides EMI shielding at the host connector interface.

Designed to the highest standards in performance, the AMPSEAL 16 connector family features both wire-to-wire and wire-to-device options. Both Pin and Receptacle housings come fully assembled offering a one piece approach for applied cost savings and ease of ordering. The connector
family utilizes size 16 heavy duty stamped and formed contacts offering
increased terminal strength, 13A current rating, lanceless design, and
a wide wire range of 20-14 AWG. The Tyco Electronics / AMP AMPSEAL 16 Connector System
is available in 2-12 positions and features keying / polarization to
prevent mismating and an integral CPA and TPA to ensure both connector and terminal positioning for secure mating.

The Tyco Electronics / AMP Modular Dual Barrier Terminal Blocks offer a dual barrier
in a single row and are molded in both two and three position housings
with dovetail interlocking features to allow users to build blocks up
to 16 positions, without losing the 0.235-inch centerline spacing,
using only two part numbers. Tyco Electronics / AMP Modular Dual Barrier Terminal Blocks
feature a screw termination, UL 94V-0 rated black housing, and are
ideal for commercial and industrial equipment where field wiring of
devices is necessary.
Tyco Electronics / AMP IP67 Metal Shell Industrial Ethernet Connector
The new Tyco Electronics / AMP IP67 Metal Shell Industrial Ethernet Connector is ODVA-compliant and ideally suited for rugged
environments requiring extra mechanical robustness, such as industrial
machinery, diagnostic equipment, and outdoor equipment. A quick-turn
bayonet coupling and positive locking ring, which meet the requirement
of IEC 61076-3-106 Variant 1, help provide reliable connections under the harshest conditions. The IP67 sealing gives added protection from liquids, gases, and other contaminants. In addition, the HBT sealing gaskets are UV resistant and the connectors have an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85ºC. Tyco Electronics / AMP offers the 8-position plug and receptacle connectors either shielded or unshielded, with end caps available to protect unmated connectors.
Tyco Electronics / AMP Inverted SMT Thru Board Connector
Tyco Electronics / AMP offers the newest board connector - the Inverted SMT Thru Board Connector. This new technology provides a means to bring power to LED aluminum clad and FR4 boards from the underside of the PC board. It eliminates wire dress management issues with discreet wire leads around the surface of the LED PC board. The low-profile Inverted SMT Thru Board Connector has rounded corners and is positioned on the PC board through a cutout or notch with surface mount hold downs to provide mating and unmating stability. The operating voltage is 50VAC / 50VDC and is ideal for LED lighting controls, indoor and outdoor lighting fixtures, general LED illumination, and various non-lighting applications that require wire dress connections below the pc board.

The Tyco Electronics / AMP Star Board LED Pixel Holder is designed to combine thermal and electrical connections to the hexagonal "Star" LED board offered by many manufacturers. Consisting of a heat sink, locking ring, and contact carrier, the LED Pixel Holder design allows for versatility in mounting monochromatic and RGB "Star" LEDs without the need for solder (RGB uses 4 wire common anode).
