RTC (LFO) active - 350 nA, and fastest wake from sleep time - 2 us. The
high efficiency RF transceiver integrated into this device family
provides 2.5x output power and 15x receive sensitivity with the same
current consumption for great range with no increase in power budget.
Silicon Labs Si3452 / Si3453 Quad Port Controller
The Silicon Labs Si3452 and Si3453 are the industry's most efficient quad port PoE and PoE+ PSE controllers. The Silicon Labs Si3452 and Si3453 quad high-voltage port controllers feature proprietary PD detect and disconnect algorithms, including Robust V3 detection and low power dV/dt disconnect. These features eliminate false detections, maximize interoperability, and address IP concerns with AC and DC disconnect. The Silicon Labs Si3452 and Si3453 also offer precision power measurement for energy efficient Ethernet systems design. Each port's power supply voltage and current are measured and monitored in real-time and may be accessed via I²C interface. These quad port PoE and PoE+ PSE controllers are intended for use in Endpoint (switch) or Midspans designed to deliver power to PDs, such as multi-radio wireless access points, VoIP phones, Pan-Tilt-Zoom video surveillance cameras, Point-of-Sale terminals, and industrial automation equipment.
Silicon Labs CP240x LCD Controllers
Silicon Labs CP2400, CP2401, CP2402, and CP2403
