STMicroelectronics RF DMOS Transistors: STAC2932B / STAC2942B / STAC3932B
The STMicroelectronics STAC2932B, STAC2942B, and STAC3932B are RF DMOS transistors in an ST Air Cavity (STAC) package that yields improved gain, saturated power, excellent thermal features, and increased reliability (higher MTTF). STMicroelectronics STAC2932B, STAC2942B, and STAC3932B gold metallized N-channel MOS field-effect RF power transistors are intended for use in large signal applications up to 250 MHz. These STMicroelectronics RF DMOS transistors feature a common-source push-pull configuration.
STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Rectifiers
STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Rectifiers in Power QFN (5 x 6) package is now introduced for high density power conversion applications. The compact 5mm x 6mm x 1mm dimensions of these STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Rectifiers make them ideal for secondary rectification in adapters or other equipment requiring small footprint and low thermal resistance. The range of STMicroelectronics Power Schottky Rectifiers includes devices with VRRM of 30V to 170V and IF(AV) of 30A. The package is compliant with ST Ecopack® 2 Pb free and Halogen free standards and includes avalanche capability specifications.
STMicroelectronics STM6719 Dual / Triple Microprocessor Supervisor
The STMicroelectronics STM6719 dual / triple microprocessor supervisor is designed to monitor two or three system power supply voltages. The STM6719 low voltage / low supply current processor supervisor incorporates a Manual Reset Delay function that protects equipment against inadvertent resets. Two of the three supplies monitored by the STM6719 dual / triple microprocessor supervisor have fixed thresholds while the third voltage is monitored using an externally adjustable RSTIN threshold. This STMicroelectronics supervisor is targeted at set-top boxes, portable devices, battery powered systems, networking, and communications systems.
STMicroelectronics STM8S-Discovery Board
The STMicroelectronics STM8S-Discovery Board is the easiest and most cost-effective way to discover the STM8S, to build and debug the application, and to program and use the device. The STM8S-Discovery is a quick-start evaluation board based on the STM8S105C6T6 microcontroller (MCU). The STMicroelectronics STM8S-Discovery Board includes the ST-LINK embedded debugger and one touch-sensing button that help you discover the features of the STM8S MCU. You can plug this STMicroelectronics evaluation board into a PC through a standard USB cable and run the proposed example. Once the debugger is open, you will see the real-time execution of the code. Numerous applications are available to learn, reuse, and modify codes for a fast time to proof-of-concept or demonstration.
STMicroelectronics Single- and Two-Axis MEMS Gyroscopes
The STMicroelectronics single-axis (yaw) and two-axis (pitch-and-roll and pitch-and-yaw) MEMS gyroscope product line offers the industry's widest full-scale range from 30°/s to 6000°/s. These innovative STMicroelectronics single-axis and dual-axis MEMS gyroscope sensors are designed to provide two separate outputs for each axis
at the same time. An unamplified output value provides general
detection of angular motion and a 4x amplification output value offers
high-resolution measurements that enhance design flexibility and the
user experience. These STMicroelectronics devices feature
excellent stability over a wide temperature range and time with
variations typically lower than 0.05º/s/°C for zero-rate level. This
eliminates the need for further temperature compensation in
applications. The MEMS gyroscope sensors also ensure measurement precision with a negligible level of noise on the output signal (0.014º/s/vHz at 30°/s full-scale).
STMicroelectronics STM32 ARM Cortex™-M3 Connectivity Line MCUs
The STMicroelectronics STM32 ARM Cortex™-M3 Connectivity Line is a high-performance addition to the STM32 microcontroller (MCU) portfolio that introduces outstanding new features, including USB 2.0 OTG Full Speed 12 Mbps, Ethernet MAC 10/100 Mbps with Precise Time Protocol IEEE 1588 HW support, Dual CAN 2.0 Active, and Audio Class I2S. The MCUs in the STM32 Connectivity Line are designed for applications in which connectivity and real-time performance are a necessity: industrial control, control panels for security applications, and more. STMicroelectronics Connectivity Line MCUs feature 64 to 256 KB on-chip Flash memory, up to 64 KB SRAM, and 14 communication interfaces.
STMicroelectronics Sensitive High Tj TRIACs
The STMicroelectronics sensitive high Tj TRIAC product line features the first TRIACs with 10mA gate sensitivity to be specified for operation up to 150º C without derating, enabling low-cost solutions for heaters, motors, and other small appliances through savings in heatsinks, gate-driver power supply, and snubber circuitry. These STMicroelectronics high-temperature sensitive TRIACs include the T410H, T610H, T810H, and T1010H (rated for maximum currents of 4A, 6A, 8A, and 10A, respectively). STMicroelectronics sensitive high Tj TRIACs feature a low gate current of 10mA that allows direct logic-level switching of the TRIAC, saves component count, maintains high dynamic performance, and ensures specified minimal commutation and 75V/microsecond noise immunity at up to 150º C.
STMicroelectronics ETP01-xx21 Transient Surge Arrestor for Ethernet Line
The STMicroelectronics ETP01-xx21 series low capacitance transient surge arrestor for 100 Mbit/s Ethernet lines is designed to protect high data-rate communication networks. The STMicroelectronics ETP01-xx21 uses planar technology to combine a high surge capability to comply with Telcordia GR-1089 Intrabuilding and ITU-T K20/21 standards and low capacitance to avoid distortion of high-speed signals such as Ethernet. This STMicroelectronics transient surge arrestor delivers differential and common mode protection and Trisil™ technology that is not subject to aging and provides a fail safe mode in short circuit for better protection. The ETP01-xx21 provides protection against telecommunications surge standards on 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, Ethernet Gigabit, and T1/E1 line cards.
